However, If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the order for a return authorization number (RMA) email us at: rma@kooldawgtees.com and we will work to correct the problem. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS Personalized or Custom Made Shirts (Country Dawg) And Costumes ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WARNING: The colors of items represented on website may vary according to the resolution of your monitor. We have no control of this issue. Until you have proof that we have received your merchandise, you own it!.
Because of this, we recommend to send your return with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost.
Insurance does not provide proof of delivery.
If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their
merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between you and the United States Postal Service.

We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet to the merchandise.
We do not honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, for wrong size or is not in its original new
condition.

THE RESTOCKING FEE HELPS TO OFFSET THE COST OF HANDLING AND DESTROYING THE RETURNED DOG APPAREL .
Be very careful in measuring your dog properly.
There is a 15% restock fee for all returns.
An additional $10.00 fee if returned merchandise is soiled.
We reserve the right to refuse any product that has been damaged or soiled.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we will allow one exchange per item.
